Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Air Freight (DDP): Estimated delivery is approximately 7-15 business days (including customs clearance).
• Sea Freight (DDP): Estimated delivery is approximately 30-50 business days (including customs clearance).

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, customs clearance and duties are included. For any other shipping methods, customers are responsible for any local customs fees and taxes incurred.
